We encourage everyone to take their cat to their room and settle them in, to ensure the cat’s comfortable and relaxed.
We currently don’t offer a drop off or pick up service. We believe that it is best for you to accompany your cat to the resort and settle your cat into their room. This allows your cat to get used to their room with you by their side and improves their stay at the resort.
Yes, you are welcome to pick up your cat/s earlier. Please contact us to inform us and arrange a time.
